New Build Commercial Project
A new three-storey office building on a small urban site which backs onto a public park.
The gritty context calls for a robust building.
A thoroughfare to the public park is retained on the ground floor.
The layered facade on the street-facing elevation adds visual interest whilst shading the interior against the western sun.
Various colourways were explored and each lends the building a quite different personality.
Designed 2019. Not built.
